What does Aquabonding consist of?

Childbirth preparation program, postpartum recovery, and aquatic relaxation during pregnancy and postpartum.Led by nurses Ana Soraia Vale and Ana Rita Pereira in partnership with various healthcare professionals. This is a privileged space for childbirth preparation and postpartum recovery, facilitating health promotion and relaxation for pregnant women (from the 14th week of gestation) and in the postpartum period (up to 3 years after the baby's birth), using:🤸🏽 Progressive, passive, and dynamic relaxation exercises focused on improving breath awareness, body awareness, posture, and physical and mental well-being.🤸🏽 Specific activities to prepare the body and mind for childbirth and postpartum recovery.🤸🏽 Lectures with various healthcare professionals (specialist nurses in maternal and obstetric health, pelvic floor physiotherapists, pediatric physiotherapists and osteopaths, and breastfeeding specialists).🎶 Use of mediators such as music and massage performed in a relaxed environment. Aquatic🤝Individual and daily support for women/couples practicing Aquabonding® via WhatsApp and phone contact.

❓Who can participate in Aquabonding sessions?
✔️Women/couples from the 14th week of gestation and postpartum women up to 3 years after delivery. Participation involves a video nursing consultation for initial assessment prior to the start of the activity.
❓What should I bring to the Aquabonding sessions?
✔️Swimsuit/bikini, cap, slippers, bath towel and hygiene products if you want to take a shower after the activity.
❓Can I bring my baby?
✔️Babies are always welcome!
